Roots Vacuum Pump

Description:
The series ZJP roots vacuum pump is with overflow valve. The figure-of-eight rotors are counter-rotating at a constant speed inside the pump housing for suction and exhaust of gas. Two rotors are supported by two bearings and synchronized by a pair of gear, which ensure these two rotors in certain relative positions. They are near to one anther and to the housing without actual contacting ,so lubrication is unnecessary in the working housing.
All parts of pump have good compatibility, so the overhaulis very easy. The pump can't be operated in dividually and should be used in connection with backing vacuum pump. The screw pump, oil seal pump and water ring pump are all suitable as backing pump for Roots pump. The Roots pump can beused to pump a mass of condensable gases when it connected with a screw pumkp or water ring pump.
